What does "included monthly credit" mean?
Every paid plan includes a fixed amount of credit per user each month (£23 on Team, for instance). That credit is spent as you use the assistant. Should you need more, you can top up at any point - and the cost is always shown to you before you pay.
Is there really a free plan?
There is. The Free plan is £0/month, comes with £5 of monthly credit included and allows up to 7 questions a day. No card is needed to get going.
Can I get a refund?
